Refund Policy
At Fence Hire (Southern) Ltd, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to return an item, the following policy applies:
Returns
Due to the nature of the products, We will only offer a refund on products collected or delivered which are deemed to have manufacturing defects.
If you wish to cancel an item after payment but before collection or delivery is made, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the goods cancelled.
Refunds and Credit Notes
If a refund is issued, this will be in the form of a credit note unless the goods are defective or collection/delivery hasn't been made. This credit note can be used towards any future purchases from our website and is valid for 12 months.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, in which case delivery charges will also be refunded.
Condition of Returned Goods (manufacturing defect)
Collection will be at our cost if the products are deemed to have manufacturing defects.
All returned items must be in the condition they were received. This includes ensuring the items are undamaged, unaltered, and ready for return.
Faulty or Defective Goods
If goods are found to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and evidence of the defect. In such cases, we will offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund on the defective item.
How to Initiate a Return

Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a full refund for defective goods within 30 days of purchase.
Refund payments are issued back to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Payments may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account from the time the goods are returned.
